Use of the website
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
Service engagements
All paid engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement which prevails over these website terms in case of conflict.
Intellectual property
Deliverables created during a project are licensed or assigned to the client per the engagement agreement. Pre-existing tools, templates and methodologies remain Horizon's IP.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon BIM Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
